SC Solvers is a monthly newsletter that connects supply chain theory with what actually happens on the dock, in the aisle and in the planning meeting. Each issue takes one real problem and works through it: what causes it, what the research says, and what you can do about it this month.

Founder & editor

Julio Ramirez Chang has spent more than six years leading grocery operations in South Florida retail, managing inventory, ordering and teams in one of the most demanding supply chains there is. He holds a Master of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both concentrating in Supply Chain Management, from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. He started SC Solvers to share what works, in plain language, in English and Spanish, with operators who don't have time to read a textbook.

What every issue promises

Practical: at least one thing you can try with your team before the next issue arrives. Grounded: ideas backed by research and real operating experience, with sources you can check. Short: readable in one coffee break, with no vendor pitches.
